getting a job

We had many times seen ads for the job on the internet. Usually, these ads contain some attributes like qualifications, skill requirement etc.

These are the minimum requirement what recruiter wants in the candidate so that they can filter some students who do no;t meet their requirement and easy for them to organize interviews. Job requirement may include skill requirements and work experience. It can be hard to figure out what company wants exactly from the candidates. So here I am sharing you some tips which will help you to always in the filter zone.

  1. Skill requirement:- Every sector has its own requirement and this requirement completes with specific skills. skills are a combination of knowledge and experience from practical work. For example, if you want to do a job in an investment bank then you must have a skill of financing and fund management. so it is very important that you are fulfilling the requirement. This requirement will help you for a better work in that industry and the recruiter understand this thing very well. In easy words, you must have some skills for getting a job. Students with professional degrees often left behind because they have only theoretical knowledge but they never try to do it practically.
  2. Work experience:- Work experience is the criteria to shortlist only those candidates who have already work in any organization and they know how to work. It defines how many years you had worked before applying for a new job. This year is counted only for specific role job you had done. For example, if you did a job in any company as a marketing executive for 2 years and after that, you had work in IT company for a year and you are going to apply in IT company then you will mention only 1 year of experience for the past job.
  3. Educational qualifications:- In every organization there are hierarchal orders of employees. It means from top to bottom each employee is hired for specific roles and according to it, the company decides salary and minimum qualifications. Some positions require a special level of education. So that work can be easily completed. The company has a requirement of all types of education for their staff like a 10th pass for peon, 12th pass for clerk, graduate for marketing, technical graduates for digital management and commerce graduate for balance sheet and financing of the company.

Requirements and experience are very important even though many times we are fulfilling most of the criteria but not fully. In that case, my advice always applies for the job at this stage and get the employer to decide he wants to shortlist you or not. It does not mean apply for any job which is attractive and you are not fit in any criteria. I am giving this advice with my experience because I know when an employer making a job requirement list he is finding an ideal candidate but most of the time very less candidate meets that requirement and that is the chance when an employer will consider your application.
